By purchasing or claiming any of my designs, u confirm that u've read and accepted these Terms of Service. Please make sure u're okay with everything written here before buying. In case of a dispute, these terms may be used as proof of the conditions agreed upon.
PAYMENT
⛧ PayPal, VGen Shop⛧After claiming an adopt, u have 24 hours to complete the payment. If the payment isn't received within this time, I may relist the design or offer it to someone else.⛧All payments are non-refundable.
General
⛧I retain the copyright to all of my designs.⛧Please credit my X or VGen as the original artist when using my designs/art.⛧U can freely customize the character/design after purchasing it.⛧Drawing directly over my original artwork isn't allowed.⛧Do not cut off or erase "design by miyugin_" watermark when posting PNGs publicly.⛧ Using my artwork or designs for AI, NFTs or similar purposes is prohibited.⛧Commercial content use includes: monetized videos, VTubing, streaming and other monetized content except merchandise use.⛧Do not make/sell merch with my designs before u pay for commercial merchandise use.
RESALE
⛧ Reselling an adopt for more than its original purchase price is allowed only when additional commissioned artwork has been added to the character.

DEADLINE
⛧Minimum deadline for each service is listen in request forms, Maximum deadline is 6 months.⛧If you need the finished work within a specific timeframe, I may request a rush fee.⛧If your deadline flexible- I may put any deadline range depending on my workload.⛧We can discuss the deadline together if you need the illustration by a specific time.⛧Deadlines may vary depending on my free time! Please let me know if your deadline is flexible or not. this way, we can choose a convenient end date for both of us (XD)⛧The length of the deadline also depends on the complexity of the task. Please keep in mind that I physically won’t be able to complete a full-body illustration with a background within a month.
PAYMENTS
⛧Full prepayment only⛧In services where the price for add-ons is not indicated, the price is calculated depending on the complexity of the implementation and the idea.⛧I can ask extra fee for complicated characters.
REVISIONS
⛧This rule does not work for skeb/surprise me commissions.⛧Changes requested on sketch stage are free.⛧Changes requested on late stage are not free.⛧The price depending on complexity.⛧Feel free to correct my mistakes any time.⛧Please understand me and think well about the edits, I cannot make an endless number of edits at the stage of lineart, flat color and finished work.
GENERAL USAGE AND PERMISSIONS
⛧I reserve the right to decline the commission.⛧I retain the right to upload, display, add to my portfolio, and print the artwork as long as it does not result in an additional profit (if there is no NDA for ur commission)⛧I retain the right to upload, display and add to my portfolio timelapses of ur commission (if there is no NDA for ur commission)⛧I retain the copyright over ur commissionI don't allow my drawings to be used for machine learning purposes (ex: AI, etc.)⛧By ordering a commission, u acknowledge the commission deliveries are digital and there are no physically transported products to receive.⛧By ordering a commission, u do not get permission or right to re-sell it as your work.⛧By ordering a casual commission, u do not get permission or right to sell any kind of physical copy of it (prints, key chains, stickers, any merch, etc)⛧By ordering a casual commission, u do not get permission or right to use it for streaming.⛧If u ordered a casual commission in the past, but want to use it for merch/streaming, contact me to discuss permissions.⛧U can not claim my artwork as urs.⛧U can not edit my commissions.
Personal usage includes:
⛧Posts on social media.⛧Profile pictures/banners.⛧Making physical copies for ur own usage (without selling or gaining any profits)⛧Also please credit me if u use it as banner/icon.
Commercial usage Includes:
⛧Commercial rights are not included in the base price of a commission.⛧Reproducing the artwork on products for sale ( if you paid merchandise fee)⛧Using the artwork in advertising or marketing materials.⛧Displaying the artwork on a commercial website or blog, etc.⛧U must credit me as the artist of the commissioned artwork in all commercial uses.
REFUNDS
⛧No refunds before the deadline is passed.⛧You can only request a refund if I miss the deadline.⛧This does not apply if I need to extend the main deadline due to personal urgent circumstances such as: Power outage for several days, equipment breakdown or depression.⛧No refunds once the commissioned art has been received.
